The Ghana Cedi continues to enjoy some stability in the interbank forex market. The market opened with currency dealers buying the US dollar for GH¢11.72 and selling it for about GH¢11.72.
The Ghanaian currency is stronger today compared to last Friday, though slightly.
Market watchers expect the Ghana Cedi to remain relatively stable throughout trading on Monday. This may help slow down the rising cost of goods on the general market if sustained for an extended period.
