NDC celebrates 40th Anniversary of 31st December revolution

A durbar and route march has been held to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the 31st December Revolution.

In attendance were leading members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), supporters and cadres from the June 4 and 31st December revolutions.

Former President John Dramani Mahama, the National Chairman, General Secretary, the 2020 NDC Running Mate Professor Naana Jane Opoku- Agyemang were among the personalities present.

Organised by the NDC and held at the Town Council Line Park in Accra, the route march, lighting of the perpetual flame and durbar was an opportunity to reminisce on the core values of the 31st December Revolution and based on which the 4th Republic was established.
