Ramadan message from John Mahama

Former President John Dramani Mahama has in a Ramadan message to Muslims prayed to Allah that the period of the fast helps instil in the people of Ghana, compassion for another, while also praying that it helps bring countless blessings to the country.

“May this holy period of fasting and prayer instil in us love, empathy and compassion for one another, and bring to us, our families and our nation countless blessings.”

Mr. Mahama said despite the many challenges confronting the country and Ghanaians, “we are assured of Allah’s unfailing grace”.

He used the opportunity to wish all Muslims an edifying Ramadan Mubarak.
